Corrections, disputes and removals

Perth Air Guide is an independent directory of air conditioning contractors in Perth metropolitan. Every listing pulls its core data (business name, address, phone, website, opening hours, services offered) from publicly available sources. Scores and review summaries come from Google reviews only, processed through a single fixed rubric that applies the same standard to every business listed. Being listed here is free, and no payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to fix information, challenge a score, or request removal. Factual corrections

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or list of services is wrong on your listing, you can request a correction. We will fix the field when you provide the correct value alongside evidence we can verify it against, such as your website or your current Google Business Profile. Once corrected, the updated information stays in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score

Your score comes from Google reviews processed by the same objective rubric used for every business. We do not hand-edit scores. A score dispute works by identifying an error in the data feeding the score: you believe the business profile is matched to the wrong entity, reviews are attributed to your business incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what your customers actually wrote. When you lodge a dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from the verified data. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if your business falls outside our scope as air conditioning contractors. Our monthly verification cycle also detects closed businesses and removes them automatically. If your business is accurately listed and in scope, a removal request will be declined. You will receive a clear explanation of why.

Response times

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. If a request is declined, you will receive the reason in writing.
